Ascend contracts with professionals who specialize in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities across the state. Independent contractors administer the Inventory Client Agency Planning (ICAP) assessment which is an assessment tool designed to measure the level of support services individuals need so they may live as independently and successfully as possible, enhancing their quality of life.
We are looking for quality driven, person-centered professionals who possess the passion, experience, and skills to administer these assessments.
This is contract work and clinicians are compensated for each completed assessment.
Administer ICAP assessments for persons with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities and/or developmental disabilities in accordance with ICAP protocols, and the State's requirements.
Administer and submit completed assessments following Federal HIPAA regulations.
Complete on-site assessments within the respective timeline specified by the Contract.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working directly with and/or providing direct care for persons who have a diagnosis of intellectual disability, autism, and/or developmental disability.
