Ascend’s independent contractors administer assessments on a contractual, fee-for-service basis.  Assessments are administered on-site, typically occurring in nursing homes, provider agencies, hospitals and/or individual’s homes.  The schedule is flexible and the assessments for many of our contracts can be administered in the evenings and/or on weekends if preferable. 


If you are detailed oriented, provide thorough and high quality clinical services, and would love to be a part of a team who strives for excellence, then we would love to hear from you!
